- Any unit returned for refund must have all original packaging and contents included in the shipment.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to have the unit returned back to Wire Strip Meister Inc.
- All returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- A refund will ONLY be issued if the unit has been unused. Should the unit show evidence of usage and wear, a refund will not be applicable and the unit will be shipped back to you.
- Notwithstanding the foregoing, the STRIPMEISTER™ circular knife & feeders are not covered by any warranty.
