1. Any unit returned for refund must have all original packaging and contents included in the shipment.
2. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to have the unit returned back to Wire Strip Meister Inc.
3. All returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
4. A refund will ONLY be issued if the unit has been unused. Should the unit show evidence of usage and wear, a refund will not be applicable and the unit will be shipped back to you.
5. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the STRIPMEISTER™ circular knife & feeders are not covered by any warranty.
