Where we ship
Canada and the United States.
Processing time
Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Shipping options & rates
Standard and Express options are offered at checkout. Rates and estimated delivery dates are shown before you pay.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.
Duties & taxes
  • Canada: Taxes are calculated at checkout.
  • United States: Orders may be subject to local duties/taxes on delivery (buyer is responsible).
PO boxes & special addresses
Availability depends on the selected carrier/service. If a service isn’t available for your address, you’ll see alternatives at checkout.
Address issues / failed delivery
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship (additional postage may apply) or refund the item price minus original shipping.
Damaged or lost packages
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows no movement for several days, contact us and we’ll help start a carrier claim.
