On the StripMeister E2000X there are 3 grease nipples. The first 2 are in the back of the machine on the knife carriage and these are for the knife slider. The other grease nipple is on the side of the StripMeister E2000X above the Caution sign. We only use one type of grease on our StripMeister machines and the grease can be found at any local hardware store. The type of grease we use is a general purpose white grease that is low odor, non staining, NLGI grade 2 grease.
When you are stripping wire with the StripMeister E20000X and experience the wire slipping to the side just turn the handle 1/4 a turn at a time to raise the blade. The wire slips because the blade is too deep on the wire.
