If a return is required, please note the following:

StripMeister™ Original Return Policy

• Any unit returned for refund must have all original packaging and contents included in the shipment.
• The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to have the unit returned back to Wire Strip Meister Inc.
• All returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• A refund will ONLY be issued if the unit has been unused. Should the unit show evidence of usage and wear, a refund will not be applicable and the unit will be shipped back to you.
• Notwithstanding the foregoing, the STRIPMEISTER™ circular knife & Ultra-Grip feeders are not covered by any warranty.

StripMeister™ E250,E350X, E1000, and E2000X Return Policy

• Any unit returned for refund must have all original packaging and contents included in the shipment.
• The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to have the unit returned back to Wire Strip Meister Inc.
• All returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Any unit returned will be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
• A refund will ONLY be issued if the unit has been unused. Should the unit show evidence of usage and wear, a refund will not be applicable and the unit will be shipped back to you.
• Notwithstanding the foregoing, the STRIPMEISTER™ circular knife & Ultra-Grip feeders are not covered by any warranty.

The warranty does not extend to damage caused by abuse, misuse, accidental damage, neglect, lack of proper installation, lack of proper operation, normal wear and tear, deterioration of exterior finish (including scratches dents, or any corrosion or discoloration by heat, abrasive or chemical cleaners) or arising from use for professional commercial or rental purposes.

Wire Strip Meister Inc. disclaims all other warranties and conditions, express or implied, including without limitation, implied warranties and conditions of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose.

The customer’s exclusive remedy for a breach of warranty will be the repair or replacement of the STRIPMEISTER Product as determined by Wire Strip Meister Inc.

Limitation of Liability:

Notwithstanding anything contained herein or otherwise, and to the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Wire Strip Meister Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising from or in relation to a STRIPMEISTER Product and Wire Strip Meister Inc. does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth in this Agreement. Wire Strip Meister Inc. will not be liable for lost profits, loss of business or other loss or damage relating in any way to STRIPMEISTER Product, whether direct or consequential, special, indirect or punitive, even if advised or the possibility of such losses or damages, or for any claim by any third party. The foregoing limitations apply regardless of the causes or circumstances giving rise to such loss, damage or liability, even if such loss, or damage or liability is based on negligence or other torts or breach of contract including, without limitation, fundamental breach or breach of a fundamental term; and
• Any and all claims that against Wire Strip Meister Inc. in any way arising out of or related to a STRIPMEISTER Product, shall be limited to and shall in no event or circumstance exceed the purchase price paid by the buyer for a STRIPMEISTER Product. For the purposes of this provision, “claim” means any claim, demand, action, cause of action, losses, liability, damages, costs or expenses whether in contract, tort or otherwise.
