StripMeister E1000 Return Policy:

1. Prior to returning, call or email us for a return number, have your transaction # available.

2. Any unit returned for refund must have all original packaging and contents included in the shipment.

3. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to have the unit returned back to Wire Strip Meister Inc.

4. All returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

5. Any unit returned will be subject to a 30% restocking charge.

6. A refund will ONLY be issued if the unit has been unused. Should the unit show evidence of usage and wear, a refund will not be applicable and the unit will be shipped back to you.

What is the warranty that comes with the StripMeister E1000?

  • StripMeister E1000 is warrantied for one (1) year from the date of purchase against manufacturer’s defects in workmanship and material. The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser with proof of purchase. Wire Strip Meister Inc. will, at its option, repair or replace the StripMeister E1000. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the StripMeister E1000 knife blade is not covered by any warranty.
  • The warranty does not extend to damage caused by abuse, misuse, accidental damage, neglect, lack of proper installation, lack of proper operation, normal wear and tear, deterioration of exterior finish (including scratches dents, or any corrosion or discoloring by heat, abrasive or chemical cleaners) or arising from use for professional commercial or rental purposes.
  • Wire Strip Meister Inc. disclaims all other warranties and conditions, express or implied, including without limitation, implied warranties and conditions of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose.
  • The customer’s exclusive remedy for a breach of warranty will be the repair or replacement of the StripMeister E1000 as determined by Wire Strip Meister Inc.
